Mr . P . H . Kurian

Mr. P. H. Kurian IAS is the first chairman, of the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). He was the Principal Secretary of the Department of Information Technology, Government of Kerala. He Initiated the establishment of Start-Up innovativion in Kerala. He was the former Principal Secretary, Indusries P. H. Kurian is the first Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer to Head of the Indian IP Administration (Controller-General of Patents, Trademarks and Designs). After his PG in Chemistry from University of Kerala, he started research in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the State of Orissa and Kerala.

K . M . Abraham

Dr. Abraham is an M.Tech. in Industrial Management from IIT Kanpur. He also is a Licensed Financial Analyst (LIFA) professional from the USA and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In 1982, he joined the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) and held various positions in the Government of Kerala. He has been a Secretary in the Department of Finance, Government of Kerala for six years. He was also the founding fund manager of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund and the Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Govt. of Kerala. In 2008, he took charge as the Whole Time Member of the SEBI. K.M. Abraham was also the Chief Secretary and the Additional Chief Secretary (Finance).

Dr. Ninan Sajeeth Philip

Dean and Director of Artificial Intelligence Research and Intelligent Systems (airis-labs) at Thelliyoor, Tiruvalla, Kerala ( is also visiting Professor at the Inter University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune. He was formerly the Head of the Department of Physics, St.Thomas College. Dr.Ninan researches in Artificial Intelligence, Algorithms and Artificial Neural Network. His major interests are in projects relating to ‘Machine Learning’ in BigData context. He is an approved Research Guide at M.G University, Kerala and Director, SEED FOUNDATION (Susthiratha Environment Education and Development Foundation), a company registered under the Companies Act.

Mr. Krish Pillai

Mr. Krish Pillai, Washington DC, USA
Prof. Pillai has been in the forefront of information technology and business management, for over forty years in India and in United States.Prior to his retirement, he was in Information Technology & Management Consultant to several US Government Agencies such as, US Army; US Dept. of Education, US Department of Housing and Urban Development; US Dept. of Labour; US Patent and Trademark Office; World Bank / Inter American Development Bank; and Fortune 500 companies such as, Bell South Communications, and BlueCross & BlueShield, the US Healthcare giants.Before that he was EDP Manager, at Cochin Shipyard Ltd., and Visiting Faculty at Cochin University. He was also the President of the Computer Society of India, Cochin Chapter for many years.In the early seventies he started his computer science career at the Computer Center, IIT Delhi. From 1973-78 he was a staff member at IIT Madras Computer Science Department.He has Masters Degree in Computer Science from IIT New Delhi, Master Degree in Mathematics & Statistics, Diploma in Business Management.His current interests are in artificial intelligence, machine learning, eiot; and emerging technologies, such as Blockchain & Autonomous computing. He is a writer, lives in Washington and travelled over forty countries.

Dr. Oommen K. Mathew,

Dr. Oommen K Mathew is a Computational Biology expert with special focus in computational genomics, machine learning and algorithm building. He currently works (from 2017) with AgriGenome Labs, Kochi as computational genomics scientist and lead bioinformatics investigator. He is in charge of data analysis, automation, research and development. He published about 23 research papers in internationally reputed journals such as Nature Genetics, Nucleic Acid Research, Briefings in Bioinformatics etc with 200+ citations. He is an invited editor for Journal of Unexplored Medical Data; special issue “Data-Driven Precision Medicine using Big Data, Small Data and Data Crumbs”. Reviewed research articles for PloOne and Journal of Unexplored Medical Data (JUMA). His areas of interest are Computational genomics, Genomics and AI in healthcare, Genome assembly and annotation, structural bioinformatics, protein interactions and high performance computing algorithms. He has performed various roles in his 15 years of career path in the industry and academics. Prior to his current position, he worked as post-doctoral fellow at NCBS before which, he pursued his doctoral studies (2012-2016) at National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Bangalore. From 2007 to 2012, he worked in the software industry at various capacities. His career started in 2005, immediately after his post graduation in Bioinformatics, as a lecturer in Bioinformatics and computational biology at Mar Athanasius college for advanced studies, Tiruvalla (MACFAST). His bachelor’s degree was in Computer Applications (BCA). He has mentored more than ten masters (MTech/MSc) students for their thesis dissertation. He is an advisor to couple of healthcare/Bioinformatics startups and an adjunct faculty in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Kottayam.

Dr. Terry Jacob Mathew

Dr.Terry is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Applications, MACFAST. His areas of interest are Decision Making, Soft Computing and Data Analytics, with a special focus on medical problems. He completed his PhD in Computer Science from the School of Computer Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
