Central Travancore region comprising of Pathanamthitta, Alleppey, Kottayam, Idukki Districts of Kerala, India is establishing INNO-ARK, an unprecedented Start-up Facility, Technology Business Incubator (TBI), and Co-working Space with special emphasis on Healthcare Innovations. The Healthcare Innovations Accelerator will be set up at the KSRTC Bus Terminal Complex, Tiruvalla, in association with Kerala Start-Up Mission (KSUM), Government of Kerala and Central Travancore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
INNO-ARK with the theme “Innovation Locus with Sustainability Focus” would support the industrialists and entrepreneurs to bring a new culture of business development in the region.
There are over 100 professional colleges in this region that specialises in Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dental, Engineering subjects apart from regular Arts and Science subjects. While being a paradigm of start-up ecosystem for rural Kerala, INNO-ARK would be unique and first of its kind as a Healthcare Innovations Accelerator. Since healthcare is inevitable for the sustained development of any nation, a major goal of INNO-ARK shall be to have an innovation ecosystem that makes healthcare affordable to everyone.
INNO-ARK is established by SEED FOUNDATION (Susthiratha Environment Education and Development Foundation), a company registered under the Companies Act, headed by Rev. Dr. Abraham Mulamoottil, Dr. Ninan Sajeeth Philip and Ms. Geetha Paul. INNO-ARK house the Centre for Innovation and Development of Affordable Technologies (CIDAT) and promote Training and Development in the upcoming technologies to equip the young learners to identify the requirements of the Industry 4. 0 Revolution.

Inno-Ark located in Tiruvalla is in close proximity to 8 medical colleges and about 25 tertiary care hospitals along with various Nursing, Pharmacy, Dental, Engineering institutions, with a rich history of their own. Present medical professionals and future professionals can fully utilize our common facilities for rapid introduction of new protocol for healthcare delivery. Besides inhouse development of technology, Inno-Ark shall invite major healthcare system providers and investors to utilize our facility to set up demonstration and training that can be made accessible to a large number of medical professionals who may take advantage of our central location and accessibility.
Inno-Ark shall provide inventors and entrepreneurs physical infrastructure to get started with their business and access to support services in legal, accounting, finance, marketing and sales.
The proposed coalition of existing medical colleges and hospitals will provide entrepreneurs with beta customers to prove out and improve their product or service. At the same time, access to expert faculty and budding talents gives us the power to sustain ourselves and attract new businesses to associate with our Accelerator.
